1. When do we start working?
After you receive the quotes, we schedule a date for the project to start. Payment of 50% is made to guarantee your slot or 25% of the payment is made to guarantee your slot a month in advance or more. On the scheduled date, we’ll talk about the details of your book’s design.
2. Can I send you designs similar to what I want?
Yea! In fact I recommend doing this, that way it’s much easier for me to understand how you want the design.
3. What if I don’t like the design?
You can ask for modifications regarding colors, fonts and small changes in illustrations/manipulations as many times as you want, free of charge, as long as you don’t have to redo the entire 0 design.
4. What if I change my mind and want another design style?
For changes that affect the design concept that was already decided at the time of the briefing, it will be necessary to notify as much in advance as possible. The first reworking will be free, but if it is necessary to redo the entire design a second time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for each new reworking order.
5. I want to schedule it to be done in another period, how do I do it?
To reserve a space one month in advance, there is a fee of 25% of the amount to guarantee your spot. You have the right to cancel and receive your money back if you cancel at least 10 days before the scheduled date. In the case of cancellations very close to the date, the amount will not be refunded, as these cancellations affect my work because with your place guaranteed, I cannot schedule for someone else on the same date and I run the risk of losing work.
6. I want a quote for another project, do I need to fill out the form on the website again?
No, the form is just to facilitate my first contact with my clients and send a document explaining my work. If you are already a customer, you already know the way I work and you can ask me for new quotes by email, DM or Whatsapp without any problems.
